We deliver nationwide. At the order page you may choose that we deliver to your location or you may request for in-store pickup whereby charges on delivery may be exempted in the pro-forma invoice.
You will be contacted via telephone prior to dispatch.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the items will be taken back.
In the mean time you can only place for a new order again cancel the previous order made by sending us a cancellation email.
If you place an order and get a confirmation email then your order has automatically been taken into account. In the case where you don’t get a response email within 12 hours of your submission, you might consider placing the order again.
All our products are stored properly and duly checked before being supplied. Please ensure you check your product before leaving the store or before the dispatch leaves.
On the rare occasion that there is a defect with your product. Contact our sales team on 09011332955 . Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or the wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we can exchange it for a similar product of similar value.
All payment going through our site has been secured for your safety and ours. In the unusual situation you suspect anything, please stop the transaction immediately and alert us.
